In our weekly newsletter, we ask The Library community to share what they're reading in the comments.

This month, I'm reading the novels submitted to the "Adult Fiction Debut" category for the Reading the West Book Awards. As a member of the Mountains & Plains Independent Bookseller Association, I'll get to vote on my favorite novel in March. So excited for the opportunity to be part of the process and to read some of the latest fiction coming out of the western United States.

I'm also thankful to The Library for the great serials, novels, and collections that arrive weekly from talented Substack writers. Your work inspires us to continue serving our great community of creative, passionate minds.

Join us in the comments to let us know what books recently caught your interest!

Re-reading Zamyatin's classic 'We'. Forgotten how amazing it is. And the template for any dystopia - the kind of thing one can't really escape referencing. In which case, we may as well overtly reference it.

I'm heading that way with my new serial: https://inadifferentplace.substack.com/p/wake-me-up-in-dystopia-first-part?r=2s9hod
